Unique Service: On Empire Outlet project coordinated with Architect and Security Consultant through Design Development, Construction Document & Construction Management for a seamless integration of door hardware & access control. Worked with Manufacture & Designer to specify the Integrated Metal  Door Opening Assemblies to meet the functional and design intent.

During Construction Management, coordinated with Owner representative and all related trades to meet ADA requirements to address the extreme windy conditions at the exterior retail doors..
