Unique Service: On 10 Hudson Yards project worked with Architect, Exterior Envelop Design Team & Manufactures to specify glass door hardware appropriate for terrace inswing doors to meet wind load, egress code & suitable for exposed weather.

On Etsy project coordinated with Architect & Manufactures to introduce new Suede Black finish to match the aesthetic & color of aluminum door & frames. Also coordinated with all door hardware manufactures to get their products certified for Living Building Challenge, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)  & Health Product Declaration (HPD) standards to meet the Sustainability goal of the project.
